Our hearts go out to the 16's Blues for their narrow defeat to our Yellow team. The Yellows got on top midway through the first half and went from strength to strength. The Blues conceded a second that was a thunderbolt the Blues keeper could just not hold. The second half was just a matter of containment, for the yellows. I suppose someone always has to lose in a cup final and a 2 nil score was maintained to the end.
All the club is so very proud of both squads for making the final such a special event........................

Well done to our 12's & 16's on winning their cup finals.
Also all the 11 aside teams playing this weekend had a result. There were 2 losses, 1draw and 5 wins, 21 goals for and only 13 against.

Bank Holiday Monday was a winning day for the 10's in their Cup Finals against local rivals 'Griffins'. The 13's won their second cup final of the season, proving the 'Pyramid System' does work. The Ladies continued their good season with a fine win against Wigan.
There were 4 Wins, 4 Losses and 4 Draws this weekend and 33 goals For and 32 Goals against.

Our 15's Girls and the Ladies 1st team have again achieved the best results of the weekend. There were 9 Wins, 1 Draw and 5 Losses. 42 Goals for and 22 against. Well Done everyone.

Where has the season gone?? Some of our teams have any a game or two left to complete their season. The 16's won through to a cup final, the 13's had a massive win in the league still unbeaten.
8 Wins, 1 Draw and 2 Defeats- 39 goals for and 21 against, another great weekend for our sides.
