Could as many Parents, Players and club members please complete a survey. I need this to get as many of these back as possible. Your team coaches should be distributing this and if you have completed one please let them know. The SURVEY SHEET can be found on the 'Downloads' part of the site under Club Documents then Policies. This can be downloaded to your own PC and you can get it back to me. If you have any problems downloading the survey sheet please let me know.
