2008/09 seasons under 11's squad will be continuing the usage of the pyramid system. This is where all players who turn up to training will be selected on their merit. The training sessions will be with all players, so the 1st, 2nd, 3rd squads and any other players who which to train or trial for the squads will all train collectively. This will enable every player to benefit from training with better players. Therefore, player development will be paramount. It is hoped that all people involved, parents/players/coaches will be supportive of the system
