If the weather is kind to us this Saturday the soccer school will be sharing Mersey Bank with the 7's Colts and 10's Blue team and the men's 1st eleven. On Sunday both 11's, 12's and 15's will be at home. Will all visitors please remember we have very good neighbours, so respect them by parking responsibly, Thank You

52 Goals for for 29 against - 9 wins, 3 losses, 4 draws and 5 postponements. The 11's Blue were dismissed from the County cup. The best win of the weekend was the 7's Colts 8 nil win. The 7's blue and yellows progressed through to their next round of the cup. The 8's beat Vulcan's best with a 5-3 aggregate cup win in the divisional cup.

We were very fortunate to be able to persuade Manchester United Academy coaches to come to Mersey Bank this Thursday. Everyone was holding there breath for some decent weather. The days leading up to the training day were glorious and our hearts sank when the curtains were opened on Thursday morning and the rain was pouring. For the week leading up to this day my phone had been red hot with parents booking for this day. It was to be 4 hours of quality coaching and top fun. Even the rain did not dampen the spirit of the players or the coaches.

All the United coaches have passed on their gratitude for the hospitality shown by the club, especially by Nicola Cars who provided them with bacon butties and tea, Leo & Walter for supervising the children and taking the pics. They have also asked that their appreciation is shown to every player that attended the soccer school, the behaviour of all the boys and girls was a credit to the club, WELL DONE EVERYONE
